Taliban Chief of Staff: Adversaries have no chance of changing power in Afghanistan

All those who oppose the current government of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) must cease hostilities and resolve their issues through dialogue and peaceful interaction. This was stated by the Chief of Staff of the IEA Army Fasihudin Fitrat, Ariana News reports.

He also called the fears of Central Asian countries about the presence of foreign forces in the country unfounded and said that there were no foreign forces in Afghanistan, and that the territory of Afghanistan will not be used against the neighbours. The IEA Chief of Army Staff said that IS activities in Afghanistan have driven the group's leaders underground or they were eliminated and unable to maintain the Taliban's capabilities.

According to Fitrat, the reason for the continued international non-recognition of the IEA is the rejection of national Afghan and Islamic values.
