Russian Ministry of Defense announces a strike on militant hideouts in Syria

Militants of illegal armed groups planned attacks on oil and gas facilities, roads and areas of deployment of Syrian government troops. The Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) carried out an air strike on their shelters in Belaya Desert in order to prevent provocations, said deputy head of the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of Warring Parties in Syria Rear Admiral Vadim Kulit.
