Academy of the State Committee for National Security to be established in Kyrgyzstan

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov signed a decree on the establishment of the Academy of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS). This was reported by 24.kg news agency.

“The Academy of the State Committee for National Security named after Lieutenant General Anarbek Bakaev will be created using the Institute of Professional Retraining and Advanced Studies of the State Committee for National Security as the basis. The decree on this issue was signed by the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov on January 30, 2024,” the official statement says.

The decree notes that the decision to create the Academy of the State Committee for National Security was made with the aim of building a unified system of multi-level training of highly qualified specialists, managers, researchers and teachers for national security agencies, and expanding the research capabilities in the field of ensuring the national security.
