Russian Aerospace Forces strike two terrorist bases in Syria

The Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) destroyed two terrorist bases in the Syrian governorate of Idlib. As a result, more than 20 militants were eliminated, said deputy head of the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of Warring Parties in Syria Vadim Kulit.

According to him, the Russian Aerospace Forces struck in the area of the village of Basankul. The eliminated militants, according to Mr. Kulit, were involved in shelling the positions of Syrian government forces. He added that over the past 24 hours, one shelling of Syrian military positions by the terrorist group Jabhat al-Nusra was recorded in Latakia, and one soldier was killed.
