Since the beginning of the year, security forces eliminated 88 terrorists in northwestern Pakistan

Pakistani security forces have eliminated at least 88 terrorist militants in the northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province since January, Regional Police Director General Akhtar Hayat Khan told Geo News.

During anti-terrorist operations in the first quarter of the year, four law enforcement officers were killed. “Security measures for foreign nationals in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have been significantly strengthened following the suicide attack on Chinese technicians,” Khan stated.
