ISIS is trying to activate the “Vilayat Kavkaz”

After the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall, radical Islamists became more active. The terrorists of the “Ingush Jamaat” of the “Vilayat Kavkaz”, the Caucasian branch of ISIS, announced their existence.

According to «Кавказский хребет» (“Caucasian Ridge”) telegram channel, the other day ISIS propaganda resources published an audio recording of some militants from Ingushetia who presented themselves as “mujahideen of the Ingush Jamaat of the Vilayat Kavkaz” with an appeal to the religious radicals of the Caucasus to support ISIS.

“The appearance of this propaganda material is caused by the desire of its customers to hype and revive the Caucasian branch of the Islamic State, which was destroyed over the years by Russian security forces,” explained the author of the channel.
