ABOUT SCO RATS
Li Keming
Li Keming was born on January 13, 1962, in the People's Republic of China. He graduated from Shanxi University (the city of Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, PRC) with a degree in Chinese language in 1984.
Same year, Li Keming was appointed to a position in the Ministry of Defense of the People's Republic of China. He worked in the Department of Human Resources and Training and Department of Public Order Control of the Ministry of Defense of the People's Republic of China.
Since 2008, Li Keming has held senior positions in the Anti-Terrorism Department of the Ministry of Defense of the People's Republic of China. Since 2013, he has also been holding the position of Deputy Director of the National Office for Combating Terrorism.
As the Advisor to the SCO RATS Executive Committee since January 2022, Li Keming supervises the Department of Organizational and Protocol Activities (Office of the Director).
Li Keming is a First Rank Police Commissioner. He is married and has a son.
